Depends on if it is a copyright picture. For those you need the release. Otherwise if it is a personal photo without copyright or you have the release, you can go to Walmart and get copies there by scanning it at one of their phot kiosks or if you have a photo quality printer you can do it at home uses a lot of your ink though.
we took a bunch of pics to CVS from when my sister and I were little. You can go to their picture kiosk and scan your photo, edit it, fix the color...it's awesome !! the pictures that were faded all "came back". we made copies for us and my mom. and it's not that expensive either !!
You should be able to reproduce it as another wallet size, but I think the larger you make it the "grainier" the picture is going to look.....it's not going to be nearly as sharp.
I'd watch for ads at Walgreens before going to Walmart. I did a ton of pictures for my older son...school project...last week at Walmart and the new HP systems there are horrible!!! The pictures come out looking like they were printed by a cheapie home printer...as in, there are different textures for different colors! HORRIBLE...and 28 cents a print! I only went to WalMart because I know they have 3 scanner stations and, due to the number of pics I had, I hoped to be able to use all three at once!
Walgreens and CVC run ads quite regularly where you can get 10 copies for a dollar.
Personally, I usually go to my local grocery store. You earn points by using their store card when you check out. I save money on gas (best I've done is saved .30 per gallon) and pictures. Their pictures are .10 each if you have their card. The pictures look great. Oh, the store is King Soopers.
