Is it possible to get your money back on a non-refundable airline ticket?
We are booked to fly out of Atlantic City on Spirit. We got an email changing our return flight time. This does not work for us. We talked to customer svc once and they said that they would refund us for the return flight only. Problem is that there are no other airlines that fly to MCO out of Atlantic City. So we could only get a new flight from MCO to PHL. This does not work for us. We would love to get a total refund and fly out of PHL.
Is there anything we can do to get a total refund. If they didn't change the flight time, we wouldn't be trying to change at all. They said that they could change our flight to the next day, but we have to come home on 9/8 because dd starts school the next day.
Any help/advise would be great....
