Getting in early as annual passholder?

I noticed a few threads mention getting in early with an AP or as a hotel guest. Can anyone tell me about getting into DCA early with AP? If this is possible, I would like to know the details.

I was able to sign up for AP EE for both DL and DCA!! I really appreciate the link to the info. Now I just need to figure out a plan for the EE mornings.
