Getting from BC to Chef Mickey's for an 8:00 a.m. ADR?

We have an 8:00 a.m. ADR for Chef Mickey's and are staying at the Beach Club. What is the best way to get to the Contemporary? Do the buses run that early (I'm guessing we'll have to leave the BC by 7:15 a.m. to get there?)? Anyone done this or something similar?

Yes, busses start running before 6:30AM for the MK area ADRs.

If MK doesn't have morning EMH that day, tell the driver you need to get to the CR. He MAY be able to drop you off at the resort. If not, just take the resort monorail to the CR from MK.

If MK has morning EMH that day he will not be able to drop you off at the CR since the bus would already be on its regular route. You may want to be out at the bus stop closer to 7 since there could be many people waiting to get to the EMH.

If you have a car it's an easy drive. We usually drive to the CR or Poly. for dining. If you are going to MK that morning, take the bus to MK then catch the monorail to CR.

We have a 7:30am ADR at the Poly and we're staying at the BWV.

We are going to take a taxi. It will be about $10.00 but to hassle that early in the morning with buses and monorails is worth the money to us.

Take a bus to MK. If the bus is not crowded and you ask the driver you may be able to get dropped off at the entrance to the CR parking lot.

If you cannot get dropped off, walk to the CR from the bus stop. It is almost the same distrance from the bus stops to the CR as from the bus stops to the MK monorail station.

I would allow an hour no matter which way you choose, except direct taxi. You have to allow for bus pick-up time at your resort, plus other resorts, travel time to the MK, getting off the bus, then the walk to the CR. Escalator or elevator to the 4th floor. Then check-in.
