Getting DAS before other party members enter the park

I apologize if this has been asked before. I tried to search and couldn't quite find an answer. Can I get a DAS return time for myself and my other party members, if they are not in the park yet? I would be the one the pass is issued to. I'm thinking I can't since everything is linked to bands.

If I can't do this, can I get a return time and then add my party members to my return time when they arrive? (My brothers are not stellar at morning, so I anticipate being awake before them.) Thank you.

Your party members have to be with you when you get the DAS at guest services, they do not need to be with you when you get a return time.

I have been told that every one must be in the park to get a return time and then I have been told no I would just ask the CM and see what they say. But you can not add some one latter

How long will it take for your brothers to get up to speed and join you? You might not want to hold up your DAS that way if it will take them hours to get there?

If you are planning rope drop, I suggest scheduling your FP+ for attractions you want to do with your brothers after they arrive. Depending how slow they are arriving to the park, you can get quite a bit done on your own - with and without a DAS.

Thanks everyone. Most of my FP are in the morning. The overlap in the Venn Diagram of "I Will Ride" "They Will Ride" "We Don't Have A Fastpass" "I Need Accommodation" is pretty small. (Thankfully.) It's six things, I think, in all of Disney World, and that's if they want to do all six of them. We should be fine, I just figured I'd ask, in case I happen to pass any of those attractions before my brothers wake up. Thanks again.
