Getting canceled reservations

If you get someone's cancelled Adrs, and they have an ADR for 3 people and you need it for more can I do it? How do you take someones ADR that they want to cancel? TIA!

It depends on their table. If they have a table that seats 3-4 and you have 4 then yes
