Getting annual passes while @ WDW

We are brand new DVC members. DH & I have decided to take a short last minute trip to WDW. We will not be trying to use DVC points for our trip but we would like to buy annual passes (@ the DVC discount price). Is it possible to buy our annual passes when we get to WDW w/out our member number (won't have it yet)? Do you think that they can help us at the DVC office @ Saratoga Springs get our annual passes? Thanks for your help!

SSR DVC center can print off cards for you if you have your member number set up, but not without it. You have to take your DVC member card to a ticket booth to get the DVC pass price. The SSR center does not sell tickets or passes.

ID cards can now be printed at the sales offices at SSR, BLT, AKV, and BWV. As PP you need to have your account set up before you can get the ID card and you need the card to get the DVC priced AP.

In order to process the AP with the discount, they have to key in your membership #. The computer then checks to make sure it's valid - otherwise people who have sold their memberships could still use their cards for the discount.

The resort computer system cannot handle anything related to Annual Passes. You have to go to any Park ticket or Guest Relations window. This includes the water parks, TTC, DTD and Epcot International Gateway.

And we will not process a DVC-priced AP without a current Member Card.

Thanks everyone for your responses. Sorry I wasn't clear - we do have a membership card (blue hard plastic card that says DVC Member w/ my name & member number). What we don't have is the PIN number to to set up our account on the DVC website to make reservations with our DVC points.

So to clarify - as long as we have a membership card - we can go to the TTC and buy our annual passes at the DVC discounted price? Sorry for the confusion in my OP. Thanks again for your help.

That's all you need. You can go to any ticket window or guest relations (park/Downtown Disney).
