Getting admission cards at Disney Springs?

This may not be the right thread but I wasn't sure where to post this. The day before our first park reservation we will be in Disney Springs. I wanted to go to the Ticket Center there and get our tickets as admission cards. Does everyone need to be there to do that? Or can I (as the person who made the purchase) get the cards for my whole family while they shop/explore? Hoping to get that out of the way before our park visit! Thanks!
