Just reserved a medium size car through Advantage car rental, a nissan sentra or similar. I think this is the same size as an intermediate, but Advantage had it listed as medium. My concern is that we were planning on taking two large suitcases, the largest that southwest allows without an extra charge. There will be four of us, myself, dh, ds6 and ds8. Will those pieces fit in the trunk? Also, has anyone rented with advantage before? From what I understand, they are located right in the terminal? Can I do any forms online ahead of time to get through the rental process faster? We are getting into orlando at 11 pm, so this would be helpful. Thanks for any info!

sentra's are considered midsize car. 2 pieces of luggage.
As to online check in, it is right there on their website. https://www.advantage.com/car-rental/onlinecheckin/index.jsp?targetPage=onlineCheckInView.jsp you still have to go to the counter. Yes, they are located in the terminal. If memory serves, they are on the second level of the garage (the counter is on the first level of the terminal) next to Hertz.

Are you staying on-site? We rented last time we went, Dh got the car, and the kids and I took DME (so the girls could see the video and because it is fun) so the luggage was taken care of by DME too both ways (I think that is OK?) We also did it so we wouldn't need to worry about fitting all our overpack stuff into the car (stroller included) I worked out really well for us-- Dh arrived at the resort (ASMu) at about the same time we did.
