Hi. I am shopping for a new car right now. These are the models I'm considering:

Ford Fusion
Hyundai Sonata
Hyundai Tucson
Hyundai Santa Fe
Saturn Vue

Just looking for comments (pro or con) for any of the above vehicles from current or previous owners, any year. Thanks.

You know, we have a car lot and I have been driving a a Vue for the past week or so and I like it for the most part. Some wind and engine noise though. I don't know about the Hyundai, their resale value is still in the toilet, but if you arejust looking for something that gets gas mileage, which I know some of their models do, then I might. I know some get 30mpg:eek:

Resale doesn't matter in this case, we'll be leasing. Thanks for telling me about the Vue!

I drive a Hyundai Tiburon - not one of your choices but it is a Hyundai. I bought it new in 2005. I commute for work and in less than 2 years I've put almost 50,000 miles on it. The car has held up well so far.

I have a Ford Fusion and I love my car.We have the V-6 andit is great. My DH likes it alot to he drives it more than i do and he has 2 vehicles of hos own and he drives mine.It rides so smooth and you will be doing 80 before you know it.I cant tell you about gas mileage as I dont keep up with it.But I can tell you I traded in a 2005 Honda accord for this car and I am so glad I did.I was not impressed at all after having the Accord awhile,I liked it to begin with but then it was not hat it was cracked up to be.
But I have had the Fusion for about 6 or 7 months and I have not one complaint about it.

We recently bought a 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe, and love it so far. It gets pretty good gas mileage, I think close to 30 mpg, which is not bad for an SUV. I liked the looks of the Tucson better, but they were offering 3k cash back on the Santa Fe at the time, and we just couldn't pass that up! :thumbsup2
