GetAwayToday for DL tickets how long for shipping ?

i checked their site and cant find out how long for standard shipping , about how long did it take you to get your tickets ? thanks.

If i remember correctly it's about 2 wks. You could cheat and call. The # is 1-866-FUN-TRIP. If i'm allowed to give out the phone#. Used them numerous times,no complaints.

We have used them numerous times. Takes about 10 day to 2 weeks. They are happy to talk to you on the phone and are very helpful.

i just read in another thread the getawayToday sends vouchers not tickets. I am going at easter and i was trying to avoid standing in line at the ticket booth, can someone comfirm that they send vouchers and not actual tickets?

Sorry. They do send vouchers. Depending on what tme you arrive,it only takes a short time to exchange the vouchers for tickets. We swap them out the day before.(we get to Anaheim mid to late afternoon).

We used get away today for our 1st trip to DL. My sister and brother had used them and absolutely raved. Unfortunately we had a bit of bad luck, but I believe it was the hotel's fault rather than get away today.
We had booked everything, but didn't receive anything in the mail even after a few weeks. My husband called and the hotel never sent get away today a confirmation (they said they had many problems with this hotel -- I wonder why they don't get this hotel off their site!). So, basically we paid for a package and had no hotel. We were "upgraded" to the Knott's Berry Farm Resort (do not recommend -- poor, poor, slow service, paper thin walls -- could hear the people next to us snoring all night and the next night heard fighting for hours, and the beds were literally rock hard). This hotel was a 20 minute shuttle ride versus the hotel we thought we were going to get which was in walking distance. Long story short -- just call and confirm everything -- and if they have to sub a hotel, make sure you go online and read reviews -- if it is a lame one like Knott's just request another hotel. Ahhhh, I wish I would have known all this before hand. I'm sure we could have been switched to a different hotel had we known better. Despite the little mix up, we had a fabulous vacation to DL. It really only took a few minutes to cash in the vouchers for tickets, and we were on our way to the Happiest Place on Earth.

It took 7 days to reach us here in Hawaii.

WDWSTAR...if you are staying on the Disney property, the front desk will exchange the voucher for park passes.
