here is the one i got:

Chicken Lumpia
Get a real wrap around your relationship with these delicious and flavor-full chicken lumpias.
1 0 P I E C E S

1 lb Chicken breasts
½ Spanish onion
1 Tbs Grapeseed oil
1½ tsp Curry powder
½ lb Snowpeas
1 bulb Ginger
1 Package Lumpia Wrappers (egg roll wrappers are okay, too)
Salt and Pepper to taste

Ground chicken in a food processor finely. Set aside.
Heat oil in pan and add curry powder to toast. Add onion and sweat. Once cooked, cool mixture and add ground chicken.
Clean and blanche snow peas. Clean ginger and julienne.
Place chicken mixture on wrapper. Add snow peas and ginger.
Wrap and seal with egg wash. Deep fry until crispy.
