I stole someone's idea on that I saw on here this summer, and I'm starting an "international night" at my house each week. For our first country, my son chose Germany (I think mainly because of the meal we had at Biergarten this summer). I think I'll make some kind of schnitzel or sauerbraten for the meat, but I'm undecided about sides. Anybody have any suggestions for easy German side dishes?
