Genie Updated for International Guests…Tip Board Working


Nope, "Something went wrong" still here in UK. And it still doesn't believe I've got tickets. Except sometimes when it does. Then it goes back to not doing again. *slow handclap for Disney IT*
 
For those that are able to see the Tip Board from outside the US. Is your app version still 7.0 build 20211012.1?

Mine is working in Ontario, Canada although the version I'm seeing is 20211011.1

It's new today that it's working so hopefully a fix is coming to all soon.

And also Android or iOS, maybe one got updated the other didn't yet? I'm on iOS and can't.

I'm using iOS as I have an iPhone 10.

I didn't have to do any updates. Just opened the app as I have each morning and today was surprised when suddenly the tip board was there rather than the error I've received for the past 8 days.
 
Anyone in Canada, with an Android, able to see the tip board yet? Still not working for me.
 
I received an email from Disney World App Support just now advising that they believe the issue is now resolved.

I replied that I can view it but that others are still unable to see it and that it's a combination of both iOS and Android users. I included a link to this thread and the other thread in the Canadians board.

So glad to know they're working on it and hopefully the reply sent indicating it's still not working for all will encourage them to continue working on a resolution.

If anyone who is still having problems gets a fix, can you please report it here? Thanks!

Not working for me in the UK yet, but I live in hope!
Not (yet) working for me in Germany!
Hopefully soon! I received a second email from Disney IT once I responded that some are still facing challenges. Sounds like they still working on it and hopefully yours will work quickly too!
