Genie is acting like I don’t have tickets?

I have APs, resort reservations and park reservations. When I try to start genie it keeps asking me to buy or link tickets? What’s really weird is several weekends ago I practiced for June 3 and it was fine. Now if I try June 2 or any other day of our trip it doesn’t work

To clarify, trying to use genie not genie plus. Wanted to make sure best rides are at the top of my list for when/if we do buy genie plus

That’s odd. Did you try closing the app and opening again? Maybe there’s an update? Log out and log back in? Just trying to think of things to try. Disney IT is terrible. One day it’s fine and then next it’s not.

I give up. Only difference I can see is when I go to my genie day for June 3 it shows animal kingdom banner and works. All other days of our trip just show a generic Disney world bannner even though we have specific park reservations those days

Don't worry about it. Disney IT is SO glitchy. Also, don't even bother with the free Genie. It doesn't care what rides you prefer. It will attempt to send you to low foot traffic rides and restaurants when it wants you to go there. It's stupid and a waste of your time.

Had the same issue during my trip a week ago.
No matter what I did, I wasn't able to pick rides for Genie.
Also, AP, with a resort stay, reservation and bought Genie for a day or two. Didn't matter if I bought it or didn't buy it. selecting attractions wouldn't work. Always said I didn't have tickets.
