Genie + and park hopping - changed at DL like WDW?

We are looking forward to time at DL and DCA next week (8/23-24). I have read about the Genie + reservation changes for park hopping at WDW and wonder if it has changed at DL too? Anyone with recent experience? Thanks!

In one of the pinned forums above someone said that they weren't able to book LL for the opposite park until the swap time. So it appears to have been implemented at DL as well. Bummer.

Confirmed that it has changed at DLR also. We were there Friday and you cannot book a G+ until after the park hop time.

Thanks for the info! This means we will fish for the MEPs at opening and hope for some of those attractions to be down.

Is it after park hop time or just when the LL attraction return time is after the park hop time?

If it is the LL attraction return time, keep an eye on...
Guardians at DCA
Indy or Space at Disneyland unless it is a hot day, then add Splash.

I'm pretty sure yesterday I was booking at either park before I scanned in for the opposite park but I'll check tomorrow

Yes you can book before you scan in the other park but the return time has to be after 1pm.

People seem to be reporting they can't book for the other park until after they've scanned in tho
