does anyone know what happened to the disney live operators? when you signed into disneys website to check rates, etc. and little operator icon would come in saying "chat w/an operator live now?" did they do away w/it?

Good question. Prior to us actually booking, I spent a lot of time on Disney Online and had the pop up window notification that a live person was available online. I haven't seen it since.
