Geen Yight - She's Out of Sight: A Trip of Leaps and Bounds

Thanks for the video MeMom! I just love the music from The Little Mermaid, makes me want to pull out the movie and watch it :goodvibes

Get a mister and spray yourself with water, talk like a Jamaican lobster, and enjoy.

:rotfl2::rotfl2::lmao::lmao:
I nearly spit up my drink when I read this!!!:rotfl: That should be your tag!

Oh Urrriel Gurl....and Rapunzel...I have to admit, I am 29 years old and I bought myself a Rapunzel doll....It was always my favourite fairy tale and I waited 29 years for Disney to do it and I adore it!:goodvibes It's good that Brooklyn is learning the value of money so early!:thumbsup2

Little Mermaid is one of my favs!

Love the music!

Love that cute, funny little Jamacian lobster!

Can't find my mister fan...so I'll pretend in the shower..:rotfl:

Thanks for adding the videos, so fun to watch. :thumbsup2

sunnystace I bought the Rapunzel doll too.
I have a collection of the princess dolls so she had to come home with me one day. ;)

That brought back some funny memories. The last time we went to The Little Mermaid show, the "rain" feature was working a little too well and we all left there soaked! :rotfl: I don't remember it being very funny at the moment, but it is now! But we are still very fond of Ariel girl and her show! ;)

We saw the Little Mermaid show for the first time on our past trip. I didn't tell my husband about the "mist". He hates to get "misted" on. There was a lot more water involved than I thought. He took it well though.

I love Voyage with the Little Mermaid!! It's one of those shows that will always hold a special place in my heart because of the memories from when I was younger.

Thanks for posting the videos, they were fun to watch since I've only seen Voyage of the Little Mermaid once. The Little Mermaid was one of my favorite Disney movies when I was younger. You can't beat the music.

Thanks for the Ariel video we were not able to fit it in on our last visit. The video reminded how much I love the music of Little Mermaid.

Little Mermaid! My oldest daughter's favorite. Love the videos and shopping pics.

Wow, I go home for a week and I miss 25 pages! Y'all certainly are chatty

Thanks for the shopping pics! I especially loved the pin pictures (I'm a pin fanatic) and the haunted mansion ear hat!

Glad to see that you are having a good trip despite some early bumps! I can totally relate with chasing a toddler through the airport, I was doing it myself last weekend. :headache: I have a really cute Pluto back/pack leash for Everett, and I *thought* I had a good handle on it, but I was digging in my carry-on for our boarding passes, and he just took off. Luckily it was pretty easy to grab him, running with a leash trailing behind! I like to say that Everett didn't learn how to walk, he learned how to run!

Too bad also about poor Brooklyn and the toilet incident! I'm glad it all ended up OK and it didn't keep you too long from the Magic Kingdom!

Looks like you are having a great time, looking forward to future updates! :goodvibes

MeMom, here is what I was working on. I did only end up using one of your pictures but I thought you might like to see it. Enjoy

I know! I need Brooklynn here to watch with me. :cutie:

I learned long ago not to drink (even water) and DIS at the same time. Don't spray your 'puter, pleez!

The next video that's coming up is Bella naming some of the Princesses. Hope you enjoy it, even though it's short and you can't hear her say some of them.

I like my video feature. :thumbsup2

I'm picturing your mom and daughter standing outside the bathroom door laughing as you belt out Under the Sea!

It does seem to spray a little heavier sometimes, doesn't it? You'd think it would be exact, but I've been there when there was barely even a mist, as well as when there have been some fairly good-sized water drops.

He's a good guy, then. ::yes::

We love it, too. Every time.

The music is awesome. :cool1: Brooklynn had a stretch of time where she watched Little Mermaid just about every day. She could say every line, I do believe.

Thanks for the Ariel video we were not able to fit it in on our last visit. The video reminded how much I love the music of Little Mermaid.

I am thinking Little Mermaid may be playing on DIS living room TV's this weekend. ;)

SO glad you are enjoying it all.

I like pins more and more. They are not too expensive, and they travel nicely.

MeMom, here is what I was working on. I did only end up using one of your pictures but I thought you might like to see it. Enjoy

Very nice! Thanks for sharing that.
Jill needs to do one of those
in all her spare time. :)

Wow, as usual I love the early morning Pop walk. It's such a peaceful place early in the morning before all the hustle and bustle of the day begins. Almost makes me wish I woke up that early to check it out...almost ;)

Holy cow, that is a lot of people waiting for a DHS bus!

Aww Voyage of the Little Mermaid...can you believe I am yet to see that show? Probably because I'm always in WDW with just Chris and I doubt I could get him to sit through that...I think my June trip calls for me to see it, whether Chris likes it or not! :)

I'm too far behind to comment on everything. :sad1: So I'll just comment on what I can remember.
First, those measuring spoons and cups will be mine in Aug. Oh yes, they will be mine!!!
Second, how do people choose what souvies to buy?? There's so many to choose from! I could go and buy a whole store, if I had the $$. The candy boxes are too cute too! I think I want some of those chocolate covered raisins. Yummm....
And, thrid. How happy Bubby was to see his girls!

Love Voyage of the Little Mermaid. Unfortunately, there are men in my family who won't go and see it. :sad2: However, in July they will finally have to give in to me because we are going with little ones. Woo hoo!

Brooklynn watching The Little Mermaid nearly every day for a period time was totally me with Cinderella when I was around the same age. My brother used to get really bad croup when he was little and it would keep me up too. Before we lived in the house we do now, we were on the first floor of a two family house, so my mom would pop Cinderella in the VCR for me and sit on the front steps with Mike with the big door open and the screen door shut so she could hear me and I could go out to them if I wanted to. I can't remember if his croup happened a lot more in the summer but my memories of that are always of warm nights. I also watched a lot of Peter Pan b/c when Mike got older he loved it, I think because there was a boy named Michael in it.

I can't wait to see the video of Bella naming the princesses, I love listening to little kids talk!

Pop is quiet in the morning. It's so quiet, in fact, that when I am walking along the lake, I have a slight fear of running across a snake or a gator that might be out and about because it is so quiet.

Yeah, you need to see it. It's cute, and in the heat of the summer, it's a good place to cool off. I will say, some of the Ariels can sing better than others. This wasn't on of the best.

Nope. You must go back and comment about every picture. Right now. :upsidedow

I have only had a chance to use my measuring cups once, but I just know the water and oil I measured in them had to be magic, and the brownies were excellent. Normall, I don't even use measuring cups. I just 'eyeball' it, but since I had my new Mickey measuring supplies, it only seemed fitting. :thumbsup2

After you get them in and seated, then tell them about the mist that will come at the beginning. If you tell them before, they might use that as an excuse not to go, but once you have them captured, you might want to warn them that there will be a light mist.

Trent got croup in October for several years in a row. I wonder what Jill's and Drew's memories are of him. I know I have vivid memories of that horrible cough and how miserable he was.

Bella's video is up next. Maybe we'll get something more this summer. She's a little unsure on some, but watch her face when she says 'No Whiiite'.

************************************

Well, never mind. Jill is having issues with getting locked out of her stuff lately. It did it on Photobucket a month or so ago, and it appears that it has done it again this morning. As soon as she gets her password changed again and I can get into it, I'll have more pictures and the video.

I hope you can get the password thing worked out with no further issues...that must be very frustrating!

Awww, can't wait to see little Bella's video! ;)

pooh'smate Great job on the picture book!
Very creative. Something to treasure!
