I finally got around to listening to the Habit Heroes segment. As a fellow that's too short according to that height/weight chart, I agree with your opinion.
Now for my sarcastic thanks. I was on my way to work with a donut in hand. I put the donut down. I couldn't pull myself to stop drinking my coffee though. If I did, my students would surely hate me.
