GCV to DL park

We will be staying at GCV in June and I am a complete novice with regards to DLR. I know we can walk from GCV into CA from a separate entrance but how is the best way to get from GCV to DL first thing in the morning before CA opens?

Go to the GCH lobby and follow the signs to DTD. As you exit the GCH, turn right and it is a short walk to DL.

Yep, what PP said. The distance isn't that far walking from GC to DL entrance. Also, the distance between DCA and DL is very small as well. Only takes a few minutes to walk. Think of DCA and DL as one big park-we PH several times during a visit. (Grab all the FP we can at one park and then cross over and do it again....)

Short walk from the lobby! Definitely. But if your room is in Timbuktu, find some sherpas, LOL. Our room was soooooo annoyingly placed in the hotel....
