GCH Valet parking?

Does anyone know if the GCH valet parking is underground??

We would like to leave "travel" items in our van but with the hot forecast next week it wouldn't be a good idea if it sits out in the sun.

Last year most of it was, but I did see the valets park a few cars in the lot just opposite of the arrival portico. This is what I observed, but we do not do valet so hope others chime in.
