GC Dolphin Extreme Swim vs Dolphin Swim & Stingray City???

Hi DisBoards!
We are about to book our excursions for our Dec cruise. We decided on a dolphin adventure for the Grand Cayman port. I'm wondering what the difference would be in the dolphin encounters between the Dolphin Extreme Swim and the Dolphin Swim & Stingray? Would the dolphin part be shorter when paired with the stingray part? I'd like as much time with the dolphins as I can get. Thank you!
