Gaylord food and shuttle

Staying at the Gaylord for the first time. Looking at menus and everything seems a bit pricey. Is there a poolside grill?? anyone see/have a menu for there? how are the shuttles to downtown disney how often how reliable?

We just spent two days there and it was wonderful. Highly recommend it. Yes the food was expensive, but very very good. I don't mind paying if the food is good. There was a sports bar by the pool with reasonable prices, sorry I don't have a menu, but they had pizza and burgers, typical sports bar food. There was also a coffee shop with good coffee, after Disney any coffee would be good They had pastries, cereal, snacks, salads, sandwiches etc. Sorry I don't have any information on the shuttles. We had a car and went to Sea World and Busch Gardens while we stayed there.
