We surprised the kids this morning with a disney world trip. They are so excited. My 9 year old was jumping up and down as he read the letter that was under the tree for him. it is to bad it is 205 more sleeps away. We are going July 19 till the 27th.

Seeing that this morning almost brought tears to my eyes.:goodvibes

Planning time's a-wasting! You only have 25 days until you can make adrs!!! :scared1: :lmao:

Congrats and enjoy!

We surprised the girls yesterday too. They are so excited...however we have a bit longer than you to wait lol...Happy Planning!

I've always wanted to surprise my kids, but I get so excited about our trip, I can never keep a secret.

What a wonderful gift!!!:goodvibes

We kept the disney trip secret once...right up until the morning we were leaving for the airport..our son was 9 at the time..one of my favorite memories!

Friends of ours woke the kids up yesterday morning with letters from Santa telling them that he had packed the car and they needed to get in it right away and drive to WDW.

I can't wait to hear from them about how the surprise went.

My family surprised my 2 nephews yesterday with a trip to Disney... the trip is not until February, but they are SO excited! When they found out, they they went around the living room and gave the whole family big hugs and kisses!

I surprised mine too...so cool
We are going on the Dream in March! My daughter thought we weren't going until 2012! :lmao:

Santa left and Pluto for DS and a Minnie for DD, both of them had signs on them saying see you in 55 days! DD didnt get it, but DS was jumping up and down.

Dh Added to the surprise last night and booked our 2 last nights (3 days) at AKL! :cool1: soooo excited for that!

We too surprised our girls. I did up a "Song/Riddle" to the tune of "Deck The Halls " . Every 2 lines was a "clue" that I put in with someones present. I had to number the presents so they wouldn't open one before the other  All the time and effort was worth it though :) They had a BLAST opening them! Some of the ideas they came up with were priceless as they were opening.

Second to the last reveal was their plane tickets and I included framed collage pictures of our prior trips for each DD for their rooms. They really enjoyed seeing how much they've changed over our trips.

The final reveal (just for fun) was our "Family Travel Binder". We've had the same binder for all our Disney Trips and it's got us through thick and thin  They all laughed at me when I created it the first trip but now it's part of the family! :rotfl2: They really enjoyed reading the binder with all our itineraries etc.

I would love to do the "it's time to get up..we're going to Disney" surprise..but I had a hard enough time keeping this a secret for only a month and a half. Even my oldest DD said she couldn't believe I kept it a secret from them!
