Gatwick Hotel reccomendations??

Hi guys,
Im looking at Gatwick hotels and was wondering if anyone can reccomend a decent hotel with a semi decent price.
There are 6 of us so we have to have 2 rooms which always pushs cost up and although the Hilton comes highly reccomended we just cant afford that much !!

Any value to moderate priced hotels without the horror stories like I keep getting for the travelodge??

I've stayed at Little Foxes a couple of times, I think they have a family room as well although not sure how many it sleeps.

They have single/twin/double/triple/family rooms (sleeps 4).

we stayed at the travelodge in oct and paid £9 per room, we also need 2 rooms. Honestly the hotel really isn't that bad, we have stayed there a few times and our rooms have always been clean which is our main concern. Also kids eat a free breakfast there and it was good. We never ate an evening meal there so can't say what thats like.

If you can get a really cheap deal here it is ok

We are getting silly prices at all hotels for 2 rooms we dont get much change from £200

We stayed at the travellodge @ Manchester airport and for £19 a room I was happy like you say Im only concerned that it the room is clean!!!
You have made my day as I was starting to think we had defo made a mistake with our impulse buy of flights

We usually stay at Acorn Lodge B&B which is clean and does the job! Its only a 5 minute drive from the airport.
