Gas supply at WDW stations?

Hi. Planning on driving down next week. I usually fill up on my arrival at the station near Boardwalk hotel. Are they still having problems or are their tanks now OK? Thanks.

Florida gets it's petroleum products from tankers coming into the Port of Tampa. The only reason we ran out is the same reason we run out of anything. People panic and hoard.

Got gas at the Speedway next to Boardwalk yesterday. Did not seem to be any hoarding or supply issues.

I did see a gas station off rt. 536 that seemed to have no gas a few days earlier though.

The gas issue is mostly over with. All Atlanta stations I have seen have restocked. Even if they dont have all grades just yet.

No issues locally. But let me tell you about what I encountered last week in Panama City Beach.........ugh!

I've been at WDW for the run up to three hurricanes, including Irma and Dorian. Never had a problem with gas there, even when the news was reporting mass shortages throughout the state.

Before Irma we were scheduled on the last flight out of MCO and I was convinced it'd be cancelled, so I topped off the take a couple times just in case. No lines, prices were normal.

Me too, but took a staycation last week to PCB. Gas stations were mostly empty there and panicked our fellow resort guests trying to leave Fl.

Hurricane truth! I say the same with gas, eggs, milk, bread and TP.



Must be something pre-programmed into the human brain....
The need to make French Toast then head to the bathroom during a crisis. They used to do the same thing when I lived in MD if snow was forecast (minus the water).
