Gardens of the World Tour

I recently booked the Gardens of the World tour for my husband and I on our upcoming trip. When I booked the woman on the phone stated that the tour meets at the front of the park. I thought nothing of this when on the phone with her, but now, a few days later, it has occurred to me that every other Epcot tour we have taken has met at Guest Relations and that is what I was always told when booking.

So I am wondering, for those who have taken this tour, can anyone tell me does this tour indeed meet somewhere other than Guest Relations? I would hate to be late because I didn't quite know where we were supposed to be headed!

When I did it, it met on the other side of Spaceship Earth, in front of a planter with butterfly shaped flowers in it. No one knew this, though, and I sent all over the place. The people at the gate sent me to the GR by SE. GR sent me back to the gate. Someone else at the gate told me it met in by the water feature on the gate side of SE. When the park opened and no one else was stopping in that area, I went back to the gate where someone who actually knew where it started walked me to the correct place. I think it was the first tour of the year, though, so maybe they all know now.

Thank you for the info! We are coming from the International Gateway so I didn't want to head up past Guest Relations thinking I knew where I was going only to be turned back around at the front of the park!
