For anyone who has used gardengrocer.com,do you have to be at the resort when your order arrives?Did you have any problems?How much do they charge to deliver?Thanks

No you don't have to be at the resort when they deliver.

If you are not in your room, they will leave your delivery with the bell desk. Check out their website for fees/pricing.

We have used them several times and loved the service!

the resorts are FABULOUS about holding a GG order...they will even make sure your perishables are refrigerated until they deliver them to your room for you. Yes, bell services will bring the groceries to you.

Now that I think about Disney, why WOULD i vacation anywhere else?????

we've been using GG for years and love them! We have never been at the resort when the groceries have been delivered and Bell Services does a great job of keeping your stuff until you call down for it. I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with GG/bell services for groceries!

Another thumbs up for garden grocer we just used them again a few weeks ago and everything was perfet

We used them last summer and we were not there when delivered. Had them leave it with bell service and it was great. Order was exactly as placed.

I think delivery is $12 for orders under $200, over $200 delivery is free (If I'm not mistaken) - not including tip

Used them this past May at BLT and they delivered everything to the resort earlier than the scheduled time. So the resort kept everything no problem. By the time we checked in I called to the bell services and they delivered everything up at the same time as our luggages.
Would use them again in the future.
The only thing we didn't like was that we ordered green bananas (so it'll keep for a week), but they gave us ripe yellow ones. Other than that very professional.
Oh, we didn't really order a lot of stuff. Mostly drinks... hate paying over $2 a bottle in the parks/resorts.

We used GG on our last trip in May and they were awesome. They delivered the groceries to bell services. They had all of my cold items bagged together so bell services could put it in the fridge. When we arrived, we call bell services and they brought everything up to our room. The order was correct with everything we ordered. They were great and I would use them again.

We were in our room last September when they delivered. GG called my cell to say that Bell services had the order and shortly after, Bell Services called to say the order was there and they would bring it up. I've read here on the DIS that companies are not allowed to deliver directly to Resort rooms so perhaps everything has to go to Bell Services.

We were very happy with GG and will use them again. We ordered 2 cases of water, milk, apple juice, apple sauce and some breakfast items for the room. It was pretty easy to get to the $40 minimum.
