Are the Garden Rocks sets al the same? Do people watch all three in the day? I'm a fan of Rick Springfield would like to see his performance but not able to get a the dinning plan. How long before the show do you need to line up? How about the following shows.

Is the next day the same shows? Think it would less crowded since it's a Monday. But don't want to take a chance.

Rick Springfield played last year nut it was not Memorial Day weekend. How crowed will this be?

I was there last year when Rick Springfield played. The parks in general were not crowded, but the sheer number of “I’m Jesse’s Girl” t-shirts (I’ve posted about this before) I witnessed in Epcot that day was INSANE. The line for the dining plan people was the biggest I’d ever seen, and I remember commenting to DS that several of the (what seemed like) hundreds of people in the regular line were going to be highly disappointed because there was no way they were going to be making it into the show. It was the biggest crowd I had ever seen for one of the concerts. We left before the show started, so I didn’t get to see the procession into the show and witness how many made it inside. This was for the evening show.

For those that have been there in the past, is it possible to watch a little as you pass by and stop at the American pavilion? I know it isn't a seat, but not sure I would want to see an entire set, but would like to get a glimpse. Wasn't sure if the crowds gathered along the back for standing room too? Thanks!

I've never seen Rick Springfield play at Epcot, but I'm assuming most acts play the same sets at each show - he could certainly change it up if he wanted to, however. I would either line up super early or try for one of the walk-up dining packages - we like Regal Eagle. To get a voucher, I would go as soon as the restaurant opens that day for an early lunch and ask for a voucher for whichever show you are interested (or based on current availability)

Crowds do gather, but you can hear the music and see a bit of the show from many areas outside the America pavilion.

Haven't seen Rick Springfield (he cancelled the one year I made a point to be there when he was, darn it!), but we have seen quite a few acts over the years. Many of them change the set up between the 3 shows a day, at least a bit.

I do know that you can find quite a few of his sets on YouTube, you might be able to find 3 from the same day, and see if the songs are all the same for each.

Usually very easy to see a bit of the show as you walk through the American pavilion, and often you can walk up to the back of the theater and stand for a bit, or even find a seat after an act starts.

I saw him last spring at Epcot and just walked up as it was starting. I stood in the back and sang and enjoyed the show a lot! I wasn’t close at all but could see and hear him fine. Got some short video clips.
I had planned to go back for his last performance of the night but it was pouring rain so we left.
He may change up some of his set but I’m betting he sings his hits at each set.

I watched livestreams from Disney vloggers of his sets last year. He did change a few songs for each set, but I’m pretty sure Jessie’s Girl (his biggest hit) was played for all 3.
