Garden Grocer???

I have never used them before, and am for the first time next week. Do we need to be in the room when they deliver?? Or will they leave everything?

We were not in the room when our groceries were delivered to Coronado Springs. They had a refrigerator specifically for this purpose at the hotel. I loved this service and will use it again!

They left us a message telling us the shelf it was left on, and we called concierge services to get it delivered.

The first time we used them (paid by credit card), we thought we had to be in our room when they delivered. But after our alloted time passed I called the company and they told me they had already delivered our order, so we called the front desk and sure enough it was there - had been there for nearly an hour - just waiting for us to give bell services a call.
