Garden Grocer Site Not Working?

Well I went online and registered with them. Went through the whole process of ordering a week's worth of groceries for my family and viewed the cart. Thus far everything seemed fine. Then I tried to checkout. I selected the zip code which was for Lake Buena Vista. So far so good. Then nothing. There was nothing else to click on and it did not bring me anywhere else. I repeated this process another time. Then I called their toll free number for support.

The woman was nice enough, however, she did not provide any insight as to what was happening. After holding for a number of minutes, she returned and started asking for all my info all over again. Name, phone numbers, email addy and I said whoa. What were we doing here? She said she would take all my info down and try to enter it in the morning? Well I don't think so. I told her I might try again another day.

I am not pleased to have gone this far all for naught. Anyone else have this experience with them?
 
I was not able to pay online using a credit card - apparently there was some problem with the web site. However, I did get the order to go through using the other options, but will have to handle the credit card by phone.

I hope it all works out okay. I'll know soon, as we arrive on June 29.

Yes! I posted something about this a week or so ago. I tried registering and it kept going back to the blank page after I typed everything in. I called and the woman tried typing it in as well and it wouldn't work either. Then I tried DH's name and it worked. I was registered. I added all my stuff went to pay with the credit card through PayPal and it wouldn't work.

Last time I called they had mentioned to cut & paste my shopping cart into an email to them and they'd call. Apparently they could see the order and I also provided the info aon where I am staying and the date and time I want it delivered. And also let them know that I wasn't real happy that I had been trying for 2 weeks with their website. I got a call in the a.m. the next day. They got the email and all the info and list. and I gave them my credit card#. They said they were having trouble with the PayPal on their site.

I am going to follow up tomorrow to make sure I am down for delivery on the 25th. I'd give them a call again, let them know about what happened to me and see if you can do the same. If they won't help ..I'd go with wegoshop.
 
Add me to the list- after I registered and worked on a shopping list, it bounced me out. When I tried to log in my login name wasnt registered. I gave up but I plan to wait until a few weeks before my trip and try again. Hopefully they will fix things by then.
 

I too had problems last week. Paypal wasn't working and I got that stupid map thingy. One thing was my fault: when I filled out my account page I autofilled my billing address as one usually does and that confused the heck out of the system and kept giving me that FL map/zipcode page. I emailed on Sunday and the next day got an email saying to change the delivery address to my resort and it would work fine.

But it didn't. I still got the map and no way to check-out.

So I called on Monday I got a gal who swore up and down she could access my checkout page, and I said, "well, sweetie, good for you because I the customer can't." She got me to sign out and re-log in and then I finally got the correct check-out page and was able to use my cc. She acted like this was all my fault for being so dumb that I couldn't use a simple web page.

I won't see how the delivery end of this transaction goes until July, but so far, less than impressed with Gardengrocer.
 
Success! I did have to change the shipping portion, remind me not to fill these things out late at night, lol.

After I did that I was able to complete the sale and I chose the will call to use credit card. I placed my phone call after printing out the finalized order and the nice representative told me I will receive a confirming email tomorrow showing my payment. So far so good!
