Garden Grocer Question...

First of all, I want to apologize in advance if this quesiton has been asked before....

My family and I are planning a 9 day trip to disney Nov 9-18. We are staying in the GV at OKW with kitchen facilities. Here is my question...does Garden Grocer devilver beer and wine as well as food? My DM is insisting on renting a car and going shopping when we get there but I think if someone will do it for us, why bother? (Notice my main concern is the drinking factor ) Any suggestions? or will my DM be correct once again?

Garden Grocer will deliver beer and wine to you. We had a case of beer delivered in May. The price is the same as you would pay if you purchased it yourself. We were told by law they are not allowed to mark it up.

Is there a website for Garden Grocer? And do you have to be in your room to receive the groceries? How much of a delivery time window do they give you? Also what's the cost of delivery? Thanks!

We used GG for the first time a few weeks ago and loved it. They had our water & yogurt waiting for us when we arrived at our resort. The charge $10 to bring your groceries to your resort.

We just had Garden Grocer deliver beer and wine for us 1 1/2 weeks ago. Their website is Gardengrocer.com . We wrote our beer and wine order in the comments section, and I called to follow-up, and to get a total price. Our order was at our resort when we arrived. Bell services kept the cold items refrigerated for us until we picked them up. It is a great service!

We used this service last may and it was great ... we will be using them again for our trip in November ...
I did not realize that the bell hops will store the stuff for you so that you can have it upon arrival ... we had G.G. deliver it early the morning after arrival.
How do you tip the delivery person if you have them drop it off the day of arrival at the front desk, do you just add it to the total ahead of time?

Yes you add the tip with your original order. There is a space to add a tip on the order form.

When you order you will be asked "when will your eta be at the resort".
I put GG's phone # in my cell phone...called them when I got my room assignment...and met them 20 min. later in my unit.
They WILL deliver...right to your room!!

There is also no delivery charge for groceries over $200.
