do they require you to fax a copy of your ID so they can leave the alcohol with Bell Services?

We have bought alcohol from GG before (but not in a few years): at the time, we faxed them my husband's driver's license (the room ressie and grocery order were both under his name). They contacted us after placing the order and gave us instructions on the fax number, attention to, etc.
