Garden Grill Vs Liberty Tree

My family really enjoys the all you can eat platter at Liberty Tree Tavern. Looking at the menu, the Garden Grill sounds the same, minus the pork.
Has anyone eaten at both? Is the food the same? Different, better or worse?
I was just thinking it might be a more kid friendly option, but if the food is not as good we’ll skip it. Thanks!!!

We have done both and would definitely pick LTT over garden grill. Yes the character interaction is cute at GG but the food and especially the dessert is better at LTT. If food wise you are looking for kid friendly -- they do serve mac and cheese at LTT (usually a kid favorite)

Another vote for LLT. We were unable to secure a reservation on a previous trip & went to GG instead. Not even close food wise. The character interaction is very nice but the food and the service was not great. I also didn't like the set up, each table looking straight out as the whole thing slowly rotates, really nothing to look at not sure what the point is?

I agree- LTT is the better option. I haven’t been to garden grill in a while but I found it just kind of “blah.” The rotating restaurant thing is cool, but I probably think that because I grew up in the 80s

LTT. The character interaction at GG is great, but the food is not. My DS10 barely touched his meal the last time we were there and that's a hefty price to pay for food not eaten!

We have an adr for lunch one day at LTT and an 8am Garden grill breakfast another day. Last trip we ate at GG for dinner and it was our least favorite meal (although as others have said the characters were great)

Our plan is to be done in time to do soarin after our breakfast is over.
