We are planning a 2017 family trip. Obliviously it is very early stages, but that doesn't stop me from going in to crazy lady planning mode. We love Garden Grill and I was thinking this would be a good choice for Thanksgiving day. My family has only ever eaten here as a group of 4, this trip we will be a group of 9 (5 adults and 4 kids). Does Garden Grill have the space to accommodate all of us at one table?

We've been a party of seven at Garden Grill, and they just push tables together on the upper level to make a large table for our party. I'd think it would be similar for a party of 9.

Thanks! Any time we talk about visiting my girls ask if we have this on the list. I am so happy to hear they can accommodate a bigger group!

Yes they can! We ate there with a party of 7 and they tried to squish us into a table that couldn't hold more than 5 (we are not large people). When we told them we could not sit there, we had to wait about 15-20 minutes then we were given a better table that could have fit 10 on the second level. You should have no problem.

We were a party of 6 and sat in the lower level. They of course had to push a bit to get the tables lined up. (There are large areas on the bottom deck). However, you are severely limited in the amount of conversations you can have since you can pretty much only talk to the few people on either side. Otherwise the other side of the table is open to the ride. So I suspect, as others have pointed out, you will be in the upper sections with that many people at push together table tops.

You will most likely not be able to get an ADR for a group that large on one ADR, I was on at midnight at 60 days and the largest party we could find was 8. We have a group of 13 going on March 4 and I had to do 2 ADRs, one for 8 and one for 5. I'm glad to hear that they can push the tables together, and I'm prepared that we will probably have to wait in order for them to do so.

1) They have the space on the upper tier.
2) The only problem is getting an ADR before others who might be taking tables.
3) Your best chance is to have a ADR first-thing when the meal hours begin.
4) Getting a table for a larger group DURING meal hours is tough
. . . the eatery must let nearby tables clear before they can push them together
. . . think of a giant Rubik's Cube or Tetris Game played with tables and chairs
. . . this would/could mean having time when no one is at the table
. . . this loses revenue and costs the SERVER tip opportunity
