We are a party of 4 (2 adults 2 children). We'll be at Disney from 11/14-11/20. Garden Grill has no ADR still. Do they take walkups? What are the chances of getting in without the ADR? It's not a must do, but we enjoyed it last trip.

Walk-ups are almost always a possibility at most restaurants. No guarantee, but certainly a possibility and worth trying if that's where you want to eat. We do it all the time. Garden Grill is now only open for dinner, though. Breakfast and lunch were always good, but I don't think enough people actually know it's there so it was never really busy for those meals.

That has been my hardest reservation to get this trip. I think it is because of the Candlelight Processional, in my case. Not sure if it is going on during yours. We had a ressie there when we went in May and had to cancel last minute so there is hope of last minute cancellations. I kept trying for this trip and finally got one at 8pm. I have a DS3 so I am going to keep trying for earlier and will go that day to see if they had any last minute cancellations as well.

Good luck.

Keep trying! I planned a trip in 3 days this past May and really wanted to get into GG and finally something opened up! (Hey, maybe I got ccgirl's spot!)

That would be really cool if you did. I forget the exact date that ressie was on but it was during the first week (May 1 - May 8).

Epcot eateries are harder to come by once the Candlelight processional starts.Lots of tables were pulled out of inventory and made into dining pkg tables. You may get a walk up, but I will warn you to get there for opening.Last December we saw one group taken at opening as walk ups, other than that they put out a sign that said no walk ups.It was Free dining and Candlelight processional time though

What is the dining package for candlelight processional? Can you book this online?

Like the Fantasmic! dinner packages, you can't book CP dinner packages online. You have to call.

It's almost a full time job trying to flip flop reservations to get all this stuff in.

1) Ahhh.
2) I can remember when you could walk up to almost any eatery.
3) I can even remember in 2003 walking into CRT on Thanksgiving Day !
4) Ahhh, times long ago.

1) Imagine that... WDW getting busier and busier with every passing year. What a great job they've been doing, right?
2) Imagine that... CRT in 2003, only two years removed from 9/11, when WDW (like all tourist destinations) was still suffering.
3) "Keep moving forward." - Walt Disney
4) Here endeth the lesson.
5) :)

Is it just me or is this starting to get creepy?

Keep checking every day....I was able to get a 6pm reservation 2 days before we left. :)

I just noticed there's one available on 12/13 for 4 people at 7:30. Good luck.
