I have a Vinted shop online and sell vintage games consoles, mainly Dreamcasts and Gamecubes. For what I'd consider very reasonable prices - the cheapest I can find for very good quality specimens plus about £5 to £10 for handling and postage. I make maybe £4 per sale? But despite numerous views and "likes", sales are more sluggish than, um, slugs? Is the market stagnant or am I missing something? You almost certainly won't find decent lots out there for less than I charge!

Things have slowed down in general. Interest rates are up and while you can easily focus on Mortgage or Auto loan rates, it affects everything all over the economy. So I wouldn't expect that many industries are seeing an uptick- ...rates are doing their intended job.

I think it’s just the economy right now. Necessary expenses are way up, which means less discretionary spending. I don’t think it’s a slowdown for your product in particular, but for all types of things. I mean, when I am making out my grocery list I go through the weekly sales and put anything that looks interesting in my online cart. Then I see how much money I have to spend on food and take things back out of the cart until the total matches my money. Some weeks that means leaving off a treat, and some weeks it means choosing between meat and veg.

So while I am sure people would like to buy your game consoles, they simply have to spend that money elsewhere. I hope things can get straightened out soon, for all of us.
