GAC card at EPCOT

Can someone please tell me where I would get a GAC outside of Epcot? Or, do I have to wait until we enter the park? Thank you.

If you are going in the front gate there are a couple of windows at the far right of the turnstiles which are Guest Relaitons. If you are going in the International Gateway there is always one window in the booths which is staffed by a Guest Relations CM and not a regular ticket seller.
