GAC at Rope Drop

For our past trips to WDW, we've always gone to a park on our arrival day so we've just gotten our GAC when we arrive. This year, we won't be going to any park on our arrival day and our first full day we want to hit the park for rope drop. This means getting our GAC before RD. Does anybody know how far before RD the Guest Relations windows open in order to get our GAC?

I don't know how early the Guest Relations locations outside the turnstiles open up, but I have been at parks at 1/2 hour before rope drop and they were already open.
My guess is that they open as soon as guests are allowed into the area, but Cheshire Figment can probably tell you exactly.

The Guest Relations window outside the parks will open up and hour before the park opens!

Sue is correct that as soon as Guests are allowed to be in the park, the Guest Relations Lobby inside will be open!
