I just wanted to let everyone know what I found out today. DH had rec'd a pin# via snail mail a couple of weeks ago the dates listed on the mailer were 12/1 to 12/22 so we tossed it aside since we were wanting to change our trip from Sept to Oct.
Called today to book Oct at rack rate since it seemed no deals were coming our way but before I changed anything I asked the CM about the pin# I had and what dates it was good for, He asked me the pin # then told me it was good for Oct 18 until the end of the year, so I was able to use it when I changed our trip to Oct.
I never thought of questioning the dates before since I thought it was only good for what was listed on the mailer.
So if you get a pin# and the dates do not work for you call , you might get a pleasant surprise like I did today
