I'm concerned about the extra time and distance because I use an ECV and was planning on "scootering" to DHS from Beach Club. I was wondering about whether the "walk" would add too much battery usage. Now with the extra distance, I'm extra-concerned.

I've used ECV a number of times at WDW, Dorothy. Never a problem with battery. Runs strong all day, never a concern. Just charge it overnight each night. You'll be fine.

Yes, my apologies, I didn't mean it to sound like I did all 3. The first one is what I conceived by looking at the other 2 photos from the other thread. I did mention that, but I could have been clearer. I will update my post to clarify.

Bus, have they added buses from the Epcot resorts to DHS?

They will only add a bus to HS from the Epcot resorts when the Friendships are down. For example due to lightning in the area or as they did in May & most of June this year while there was bridge work near the Swan & Dolphin.

The current walking detour is due to construction of the new bus loops and the Sky Liner station at HS.

The walk from HS to Epcot took me 25 minutes today (cutting through Boardwalk Inn) and I walk moderately fast.

Ah! I see now! I was curious since I like to do an AM jog around Boardwalk then up to DHS entrance. I was wondering what type of foot/auto/bus traffic that could put me into. This clears it up. Thanks so much!
