American Express are doing prepaid US$ travel cards.
Might be worth considering over the ANZ card - the inital reload is slightly higher $15, but reload is 1% or $10, whichever is lower! So according to their site a $2500 reload would only be $10, compared to $25 with ANZ. Don't know how the other fees and charged compare.
