so if I end up with a "package", then can I still apply for the CAA(AAA) discount, or is that on a room only reservation?

would I be better off just staying room only, and then just buy tickets and meals myself?

My family eats a lot, so I figured the meal package would pay for itself. We don't plan on leaving Disney property during our stay at all.

Sandra...if you want the discount on the AAA package you need to book through AAA directly. ( I did not know you were referring to AAA when you mentioned CAA-sorry!)
