You would have to change at MK, there are no direct boats between these two resorts.

I think there is one to CR but you would still have to catch a monorail from there

At MK you need to go towards the monorail station. The gold flagged launch to GF and the Poly is just before the hill up to the monorail. It is not the same dock the other launches use.

FtW boats to MK dock at #3.
Shuttle boats to Grand Floridian and the Poly dock at #2 West.

(Those shuttles' route: MK>GF>Poly>MK, repeat.)
