FW campfire in dec

has anyone been to this in december, if so did they do anything different like sing christmas songs or decorate the area..i have never been because something always comes up but would like to try again this december especially if they do something christmasy

Kmc: It is pretty much the same as it always is, sing-a-long songs and movie. They do put christmas decorations around the campground. We usually are there the first week of Dec. Can't remember any christmas songs though.

I don't remember if they sing xmas songs.........but you'll have a great time either way. FW is beautiful in Dec. The decorations are great.
Pack a little of everything though, in 2000 we went from shorts and t-shirts to heavy sweatshirts and jeans. The temp can be really unpredictable.

I believe we might have had a Christmas song at the sing-a-long in December. As mentioned there are nice decorations throughout the resort. If you get a chance check out the decorations at the camp sites. It is unbelievable how some people decorate! It was one of the great unexpected finds during our December vacation!

On Christmas eve 2003 they had Santa and his sleigh and we sang Christmas songs. Santas sleigh was set up so that you could get a family picture with him, of course Chip and Dale we dressed for the season. It was a very nice evening.
