just how crowded are they for 4 adults and two kids?

in terms of transportation, how crazy is it to stay here and rely soley on Disney buses/boats?

It'll be a little tight, but it can be done with the right mix of people!!

The bus system is very do-able. Just remember that you might have to wait up to 20 minutes to catch one when planning your trips. If you need to go outside of Disney property there is a public transportation bus stop at the Ticket & Transportation Center. The public system is called LYNX.

well we went with a group of 6 and we filled up all the beds with one spot on the double bed empty so u should be good the buses are ok but it may take a while if the buses get 2 crowded i wouldnt get on we made that mistake in april it wasnt fun

It should be fine. The two kids get the bunk beds in the bedroom along with two of the adults and the other two adults sleep on the pull down bed in the living room.
