Future World to World Showcase transportation

Can anyone describe to me whether there are any shortcuts between the two? I know there are supposed to be walkways, but when I look on the EPCOT map, it shows a boat going each way. Is this available for transportation? We have a 3:10p Priority Seating in Future World, but a 5:30p show we'd like to make in World SC.

As far as I know the only way to get from WS to FW is to walk. Within WS, there are boats that take you across World Showcase, but that's about it, I think.

The main problem with the boat is it runs to all the boat launches. If you catch the boat as it just pulls in you will be fine with making it over to Germany with no problems and quickly. If you need to wait for it you can walk faster than trying to wait for the boat.
