FURIOUS!! Front desk OKW CM just hung up on me!!

I would also suggest to everyone if you have a problem, please address it while you are there.

Coming here and venting is great but Disney does read this forum.;)

I think the validity of our complaints loses its affectiveness if they read about it here first and hear about it later.

And always please do not call the front desk. Call Housekeeing and Maintenance of stop by the Front Desk to address any issues.

The way that I read the OP is that she tried to talk to someone about the lack of towels while she was there. It was their response to her that was the major problem, IMO.

I was not addressing the OP, I meant in general. She did try to address it, she was not aware of the Call Center situation.

However many people, not the OP, never make the attempt while there.

Yes, I was unaware of the 'call center' when I tried to call about the towel situation. BUT, I did stop by the front desk on two occassions to let them know. Both CM's noted it in the computer and one actually made a phone call.

The more I think about the whole entire week, the mix up all stemmed from my orginal ressie. WE added a night at the beginning, were told we would have to change rooms after the first night, we originally had the HH ressie, we would be waitlisted for the first night so we would not have to change rooms. The waitlist came through but we were removed from the HH booking status. I was not made aware that the status changed.

This ultimately had a domino effect on housekeeping as they had us checking out 3 days into our trip. We found this out because DD lost a key and we needed it replaced. That took over an hour to work that problem out.

In the future, I will call to confirm all reservations and services prior to me leaving home and then again at check in. I have always had great CM's at check in who have explained everything to me about the resort etc. This particular one did not. Not that I really needed an explanation about the resort but conversation would have been nice. LOL!!
