Fun Listener Facts! ... Since We Have to Entertain Ourselves until Wednesday!

I can sing like Kermit the Frog!

"Why are there so many / songs about rainbows..."

I am a Disney Freak (oh, wait, that doesn't set me apart here, does it?).

I agree I use that one! Disney Freak doesn't work here.

True. Sad....but true.:confused3

We have 5 birds nests around and in our house! DH went to grill the other day...birds nest....I can't open the garage door because a bird built her nest above it....One in the boys playhouse outside...don't come here!

I like to color also! 2DS always get mad at me for taking their coloring books. I bought this really cool Jungle Book color thing at TDS and I bought 4 1 for each child and 2 for me!!! Guess I am a little stressed.

OK here is mine! Right now my MIL and my mom are living in MY house! :bitelip: Really no joke! My DS7 asked me why I am so grumpy lately! :lmao:

Again on the weird tounge things, i can rll my tounge, twist it ether side and make a clover leaf shape out of it! Its my pub trick! :goodvibes

Another fun fact about me, is everytime i get in the middle of an argument or an awkward situation, i start singing 'Its a great big beautiful tomorrow'. :lmao: If i can't sing it, it will be playing in my head instead! It makes me feel better!

I can do all those tongue things too and touch my nose with my tongue:tongue: It entertains my middle school students all the time! Also, I hum constantly. Most of the time in my head, where there is a song going all the time. However, my sister-in-law catches me humming out loud very often, and thinks it's a hoot. Maybe it's not all in my head like I thin it is??:confused3 :rotfl:

I can count to 1023 on my fingers in binary.

in binary? that's youtube worthy!

Actually I don't think I could do it on youtube because you have to use your middle fingers to signify 4 and 128. Imagine if I was to try and show you the number 132! All heck would break loose! :)

It comes in handy on the first day of school when I'm trying to get the kids on "my" side.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9Sreih-VWo0 Here's some goober guy teaching how it works. He doesn't stick his fingers up though, he sticks them down instead. Maybe I'll try that next fall instead ;)

I can do the cherry stem thing too-but can any of you unwrap a Starburst in your mouth? :rolleyes1

Oooh! I have another one!

I was one of the Birdie Trio in "Bye Bye Birdie"

"We love you Conrad, oh yes we do-oo..."

So was I. All we need is a third and we can put on a show!!

Totally lame I know...but I am a master packer! I have a real eye for this and can get everything in just about anything: car trunk, dishwasher, suitcase, whatever! DH is amazed at my skills. ::yes::

I can up the lameness!

I can perfectly fold a trifold for a business letter. Don't even have to think about it.

I always believed that if we did Beauty and the Beast I would be one of the Gaston girls. I just always fall into those roles!:rotfl2:

I personally feel I am Belle, but I don't have the leading lady talent.

OK am I the only freak who hates to open biscut cans. That pop freaks me so bad I literally have to either stab the biscut can or bang it on the counter top and close my eyes while I do it. I must really look like a nut.

OMG!!!!!! I thought I was the ONLY one in the WHOLE WORLD with this fear!! We must be kindred spirits!! Now, do you know why you have this fear? I remember when I was really young my mom opened one & it exploded (popped big time!!) & she screamed. Now, every time I go to open one, it FREAKS ME OUT!! :scared1:

My kids thinks it's hilarious but I'm afraid that I am now going to pass this fear on to them!

Wow - I am sad I didn't see this sooner. (I hate June - too busy!)

Ok. I have an internal alarm clock. I can tell myself what time I need to wake up & just wake up. Of course if I am too early my internal snooze doesn't work so I still have to set an alarm...I will usually be back in a deep sleep in 10 minutes in these cases.

I have a fairly good sense of direction & I give directions very well.

I have one finger that bends at the top knuckle first. I can't do all of them like that - just one. I have to work it to bend that finger in the middle.

and I can pick stuff up with my toes too.

Nothing as lame as this one (I didn't even think about it at first!) - in high school, I won a trophy for a gift wrapping competition - 1st place! (don't ask!) Didn't do me any good though - now I'm just the one the family comes to to wrap their Christmas gifts :headache:

I think I have two to share....

I am famous with the adults in our group for the way I eat my jello shots. I hold the little plastic cup with my lips and use my tongue to get it out.

I still have a baby tooth (at the age of 36)

Geez, you and the cherry-stem tie-ers must be very popular.
:lmao:

I can lift heavy stuff...chix dig it!!

I am making homemade Italian sausage tomorrow (today). Someone might dig that. ::yes::

Did you gaduate from Hallmark High?

I never knew there was competitive gift wrapping.

I might have earned a varsity letter.

Okay, I deserved that. Serves me right for not offering up an explanation with something that lame - lol! We had a technical high school you could choose to attend so the last 2 years I was in a marketing program. There were certain designations (FFA, DECA, etc) that the school had depending on your association and ours was DECA (International Association of marketing students, provides members and advisors with development activities -- no, I didn't remember that - I had to google it!) - The gift wrapping was one of the "fun" competitions we had during a conference. Not as much fun when there is an explanation, huh?

Well, thats not nearly as much fun as I had imagined it to be.

I had visions of this giant gift wrapping lab.

You must share! I have lots of ground pork and get bored of making Asian dishes with it. I haven't found a recipe that I can use to make Italian sausage. (Okay, so you could say that I am the some who digs it!)
