Fun for Big girls?????

I have a big question. We are going in December for a first time trip for most of us out of our 12 people party...Three little girls my DD7, another girl who is almost 7 and a young lady who is 10 almost 11....
I am doing tinkerbell gifts and have the big one to be the Disney Pirate Cruise!!! So my Aunt decided she would like to do the same for her granddaughters. When she called the reservation person recommended she just sign up the little one and not the 10 year old because she would be bored. She said she should do BBB for her.
Well now she is thinking of cancelling the cruise for the little one because she doesn't think its fair to her sister to have to do something else and doesn't want to pay for both of them at BBB... she's already paying for their whole trip! But she wants to find something special for the older girl.
So, my question is, is there something special for girls older than 10 years old. All special activities seem to be just for 4-10 year olds, even the tea party.
Any info would be greatly appreciated! thank you!!!

what about taking her for High Tea at the Grand Floridian? That would be "fancier" and more grown up.

The high tea is a good idea. I do think the 10yo would be a bit bored on the cruise. My dd's were 8 1/2 and 5 1/2 when they went last January. They both had fun but I could tell it was just at my older dd's "little kid" limit. Your Aunt could take the older girl out for a fancy breakfast at the GF Cafe while the younger is on the cruise. We took our little guy to the character breakfast at 1900PF while the girls were gone and it was nice to have a relaxing morning. Plus, he had fun seeing Pooh! The Cafe is a little fancier I think, it could be a fun one on one time for them.
